AVIS provides a suite of automotive commerce software products including DealerOS, VIA Inspection, CEN Operations, VSP Sales Portal, Power Marketplace, and Analytics AI (collectively the "Platform").
Access to the Platform is subject to a separate subscription agreement or service contract. These Terms govern general use of our website and public-facing services.
3. User Accounts
Where access to Platform features requires an account, you are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. AVIS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the AVIS website or Platform to:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our proprietary content without permission

6. Platform Data & Vehicle Listings
Vehicle inspection data, condition reports, pricing, and listings generated through the AVIS Platform belong to the respective account holder or operator. AVIS may use aggregated, anonymised data to improve services and generate market intelligence.
AVIS does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data submitted to the Platform by users.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AVIS in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The AVIS website and Platform are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ajman, UAE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made.
